How to delete your Global Kings Logistics app account.

This page applies to your account in the "Global Kings Logistics" mobile app.

How to delete your account

In the app. Your login is closed straight away, and your personal details are erased within 30 days.

  1. Open More.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Tap Delete My Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

By email. Write to info@gklshipping.com from the email address of your account. Ask us to delete it. We will do it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your login is closed, so the account can no longer sign in. Within 30 days, your name, email address, phone number and address are removed from your account. After that, you can register again with the same email address.

What is kept

We keep booking and shipment records, and records we must keep for security, accounting or legal reasons, for as long as the law requires. They are no longer linked to your name or contact details.
