Exporting vehicles requires precise documentation. Below, we list all titles and certificates accepted for international shipping, state-specific rules, and prohibited documents. Standard Eligible Titles:
- All States Salvage Certificates
- All States Non-Repairable Certificates (except Kansas & California)
- Kansas Non-Repairable Certificate
- California Non-Repairable Certificate (sold in CA state only)
- FL – Certificate of Destruction
- IL – Junking Certificate of Title
- MI – Scrap Certificate of Title
- RI – Bill of Sale (vehicles manufactured in 2000 or older)
- CA – Certificate of Title or Salvage ACQ
- MO – Junking Certificate (additional fee; exportable only if conditions below are met)
- NY – Cert of Title – MV907A or MV907
- LA – Permit to Dismantle

Critical Notes:
- “Auctions can sell cars with MV907 – Parts Only when there is a lien on MV907 but no lien release letter. In such cases, the vehicle is not accepted for export. To determine if such titled vehicles can be exported, sales documents (title and lien release if applicable) must be reviewed. Title copies can only be obtained once the car is paid for at auction. Exercise caution when purchasing cars with these documents. GLOBAL KINGS LOGISTICS is not responsible for any fees including those for obtaining additional documents, towing, or loss of profit.”
